Sunset Tour

What better way to end the day than a peaceful paddle down river. You’ll feel your stress dissolve as we glide through the salt marsh enjoying the setting sun. This is a wonderful and relaxing trip for viewing waterfowl and the delicate salt marsh ecosystem of the Westport River.

Moonlight Tour

There is something magical about being on the Westport River at sunset, when the sky changes to a multitude of hues, and the Full Moon appears on the horizon, at first so big it looks as if you can touch it. Our Guides will give you basic instruction of kayaking, and then you will leisurely paddle the calm, protected waters of the Westport River. Along the way we’ll stop to “raft up” to share snacks and stories. Very Relaxing!

Osprey Tour

The Westport River is home to the largest Osprey colony in New England. Come explore the river and observe these magnificent birds from our excellent vantage point. We’ll paddle along the islands to view ospreys and see their courtship and nesting behaviors, fishing and diving, and hope to see young fledglings. This is a bird lover’s trip not to be missed.

Fall Foliage

Experience the vibrant colors of autumn paddling along a peaceful tidal estuary. As we cruise through this beautiful rural landscape, we’ll keep a look out for the great blue herons, red tail hawks, ospreys and a wide variety of duck species. Along the way we’ll enjoy some hot cider and a snack to keep us warm on a crisp fall day.
